Bulletproof brew – coffee with a boost


Are you a crazy-busy person?

Writers and other creatives, if you rely on a boost of energy to start your day and give you fuel to create, you’re probably either addicted to or reliant on coffee to start your day.
Sometimes it takes more than one cup of coffee to get me going – and I’m sure some of you feel the same.
What if there was an easier way to give yourself that boost of energy? Maybe even a drink that provided health benefits?

That stuff works wonders.

Bulletproof coffee consists of coffee, butter and medium-chain triglyceride oil (MCT) oil.
Fat helps slow down digestion. The MCT oil helps boost your metabolism.
Bulletproof coffee can help boost your energy. The effect of the caffeine combined with the MCT oil ( extracted from palm oil and coconut oil) and butter.
Want to make some bulletproof coffee?

Here’s what you’ll need.

Bulletproof coffee ingredients and widgets:
  • Hot coffee
  • Butter
  • MCT oil
  • Coffee machine (or a kettle and coffee filter)
  • Blender
  • Brew some coffee.
  • Pour the coffee into your blender.
  • Pour a teaspoon of MCT oil into blender.
  • Put a bit of butter into the blender.
  • Spin the brew! Thirty seconds or so is good.
  • Pour bulletproof coffee into mug.
I drink this stuff a lot faster than regular coffee.
Tastes great.
Feels like a hug.
And I feel more awake after drinking one cup of bulletproof coffee than I do after drinking one cup of regular coffee.
