Here’s Keto Raspberry Muffins.
1 package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of raspberries
1/4 cup of Truvia
2 large eggs
1/4 cup of butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray muffin tins with Pam.
Blend cream cheese in mixer, blender or food processor – whatever you’ve got. Carb cravings will always find a way. I promise.
Pour raspberries, vanilla extract, almond flour and Truvia into mix. Blend
Spoon Keto Raspberry Muffin mix into muffin tins until each tin is about two-thirds full.
Place Keto Raspberry Muffins in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Savour the flavour.
