Ingredients
Six eggs
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup parsley
Swiss cheese (or your favourite cheese)
More cheese 🧀
2 packages of gluten-free ham slices (about 20 pieces)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk six eggs.
Spray 2 non-stick baking tins with 6 slots each with Pam.
Place a piece of gluten-free ham in each tin.
Pour whisked eggs into each tin.
Chop onion and sprinkle into each tin.
Chop parsley and sprinkle into each tin.
Chop extra ham slices and spread among 12 tins.
Grate cheese and place in each tin.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Serve hot.
Or cold.
Makes a great on-the-run breakfast or lazy snack.
