Keto Pizza Bites – protein fuel

Works well with a caesar salad and movie night.

Here’s Keto Pizza Bites:
1/4 White onion
3 mushrooms
1/2 can of tomato paste
1 cup of cheese
12 pepperoni slices
1/2 pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray muffin tins with Pam.
Place one pepperoni slice into each muffin tin.
Place mushroom slice in each mushroom tin.
Dab a bit of tomato paste on top of each mushroom.
Put onion on top of tomato paste.
Put pepper on top of onion.
Optional: Cut extra pepperoni and place on top of onion.
Grate cheese and put cheese on top of each.
Optional: Italian seasoning on top of cheese.
Place Keto Pizza Bites in oven for 16-18 minutes.
Makes about 12 Keto Pizza Bites.
